Herpetology covers the scientific study of all aspects of the reptiles and amphibians including their morphology, physiology, genetics, molecular biology, evolution, physiology, global diversity, biogeography, ecology, conservation, habits and behavior. The scope of herpetology as a career is quite wide and includes jobs such as – zoologists, scientists, academicians, scientific writers, animal-carers, animal-trainers, zoo-jobs, and museum-jobs.
